AJK HC announces verdict in famous AJK cooperative Banks property case.

MIRPUR (AJK) -- Azad Jammu Kashmir High Court has announced the verdict in famous AJK cooperative banks property case restoring the property - the Kalayal Hotel building in Mirpur city, in favor of its owners Ch Haroon Ali and others.

A single bench of the AJK HC comprising Justice Chaudhry Muhammad Munir announced the verdict on an appeal titled Walayat Begum and others vs Ch Barkat Ali and others, categorically declared that in the cooperative banks case the building of Kalyal Hotel Mirpur was returned by the government to four of its owners including Ch Haroon Ali and others but not only to one Ch. Barkat Ali, the respondent.

As such the cancellation order of the transaction of the building and plot of Kalyal Hotel building Mirpur from the name of four owners is declared null and void, the learned court order said.

Thus the famous oldest cooperative banks...
