Accused sent jail on judicial remand.
ISLAMABAD -- An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Thursday sent accused Hamza Butt to jail on judicial remand in judge Arshad Malik video scandal case.
The accused was produced before ATC Judge Raja Jawad Abbas by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) after ending of his physical remand time. The FIA prosecutor apprised the court regarding development in investigation and prayed for further physical remand of Hamza Butt to which the judge asked the FIA officials that what they had recovered from the accused during last 12 days.
