56 commercial concerns sealed in University Town.
PESHAWAR -- The district administration, on the orders of Peshawar High Court (PHC), carried out a grand operation against commercial activities in the University Town on Sunday and sealed 56 concerns, including private clinics, offices of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), schools, hostels and banks.
On PHC's orders and the directives of Commissioner Riaz Khan Mehsud and Deputy Commissioner Shafiullah Khan, the Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC) Syeda Zainab Naqvi carried out operation in the University Town and sealed 20 private clinics, 10 NGOs, 15 private schools, 10 girls and boys hostels, and a branch of a commercial bank.
