36 injured as bus overturns.

LAHORE -- As many as 36 passengers were injured, some of them critically, after a Raiwind-bound bus overturned near Kahna here on Thursday.

Initial police inquiries said all passengers were relatives and were going to attend a wedding ceremony from Kahna to Raiwind.

A spokesperson for the Rescue 1122 said some of them were provided with first-aid while others shifted to local hospitals.

He said some of them suffered bone and head fractures as the bus overturned and fell into a crater near Bhuway Asal.
