25 YEARS OF POSITIVE NEUTRALITY OF TURKMENISTAN. A MODEL WAY TO STRENGTHEN GOOD COOPERATION AND FRIENDLY BROTHERHOOD.

As a result of the centuriesold work on the diversified development of the country's economy based on our President's forward-looking scientifically strategy, Turkmenistan has become one of the developed countries. The international prestige of our country has increased, and the socio-economic situation of the Turkmen people is improving day by day. The international policy pursued by the Turkmen leader in line with Turkmenistan's political, economic, and cultural ties with reputable international organizations such as the United Nations, the European Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the Non-Aligned Movement, the Organization for International Cooperation, the Organization for Islamic Cooperation, the Organization for International Cooperation was established and is consistently strengthening these ties. From the rostrum of these prestigious international organizations, our Esteemed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has made important initiatives for all countries of the world.

These initiatives are aimed at promoting world peace, friendship among people and good cooperation, and receive great support from developed countries and reputable international organizations. Since the independence of our Motherland, Turkmenistan has been working with world countries and international organizations to establish and develop cooperation with world countries and international organizations based on the ancient principles of peace, good cooperation and mutual respect of the Turkmen people. As a result of the ongoing efforts to establish cooperation, Turkmenistan was admitted to the United Nations Organization on March 2, 1992 and was able to speak from the rostrum of this prestigious international organization with its initiatives aimed at strengthening peace and good cooperation in the world. On December 12, 1995, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution on A with the approval of 185 member states.

On December 27, 1995, the legal status of Turkmenistan's Neutrality was assigned in our national legislation, the article 6 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan states: "Turkmenistan is a full-fledged member of the world community, with permanent foreign policy neutrality, non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries, non-violence and non-alignment with military alliances, and the promotion of peaceful, friendly and mutually beneficial relations with countries in the region and all countries of the world." written in the editorial office.
