Communist Party of China is celebrating its thousands of splendid suns that have made the enormous light on the life and letters of the people of China for a century. Established as an ideology combined with a vision to have a homeland free from threats from across the region or the world and countrymen and women living in peace, CPC was founded. Few young and passionate young men met in a small red boat in the outskirts of Shanghai where CPC was founded and led the nation towards a road to prosperity.

For the past 100 years, CPC has made outstanding contribution towards transforming people's lives by having socio-economic development, political and governance stability that has been recognized globally. CPC led more than Chinese people to glory with its visionary leadership through its national reform policies and a global outreach policy that has led the country to act as a responsible and respectable leader.

When this July Chinese people will rejoice the 100 glorious years of CPC, there a lot to celebrate and cherish on including revolutionizing the entire socio-economic fabric of the society and country. With people's centered approach, CPC has contributed immensely in people's lives. Glancing at history, Chinese people have faced wars, droughts, poverty and disease however this could not stop the glorious men of reliance to move ahead to fight all odds.

There were challenges at home, regional level and global scale, but victorious attitudes and revolutionizing the course of history for glory to the mother land has led to the change that we witness today. Since the founding of CPC in 1921, there has been structural reforms within the party as well as steady development of the country at the same time.

To understand the internal dynamics of the CPC, we need to closely understand the system that how the party operates and function through the lenses of Chinese culture, values and political insight. It's like a gushing river flowing with its own way and providing the life to all those part of the party. CPC has developed its solid footing with members of the party from all rank and files of the society loyal to its core and contributing with their amazing talents, insights made the party stronger and forward looking. The strength of the CPC lies in its strong in its core values, its ideology, solid theoretical basis, leadership and the young people who are part of the CPC.
