100 protesters treated for respiratory infections.

ISLAMABAD -- As many as 100 Azadi March participants were treated for upper respiratory infections by a team of doctors at Pims during the last three days.

Three patients have been admitted to the emergency department. More patients from the Azadi March are expected to arrive as Met Office has forecast cloudy weather with rain during the next few days.

'We have deployed medical teams at the site of the Azadi March in H-9. Around 50 patients were treated at the site and medicines were provided to them. Around 50 more patients reached Pims,' the hospital's media coordinator, Dr Waseem Khawaja, said.
