10 people killed in rains, snowfall related incidents in KP.

At least 10 people died and while several others were injured in rains and snowfall related incidents in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the last twenty-four hours.

According to a report issued by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority in Peshawar on Saturday, eight houses were partly damaged in these incidents.

Relief goods were distributed among the affected families of the rain hit areas, including Charsadda and Dir Upper. Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has directed the Deputy Commissioners of all districts and rescue agencies of the province to remain high alert in view of the recent rains and snowfall.
