TALHAR -- Business activities in Talhar town got major bolster after the release of BISP fund to the poor women who thronged to markets for purchasing necessary items. The BISP fund release not only made women happy but cheered shopkeepers of the town as the federal government released Rs 9,000 BISP fund installment with earlier dues to each woman.
