ISLAMABAD -- Secretary Information Pakistan Peoples' Party Parliamentarians Shazia Atta Marri Sunday criticised the federal government for uncontrolled price hike.

In a statement, she said the federal government had hit the common man hard by reducing their purchasing power. 'The prices of the essential commodities have hit the sky. The utility bills are a huge burden on people,' she added.

She strongly condemned the increase in the tariff of electricity by government and demanded to withdraw this increase immediately.
