THE United States Commission for International Religious Freedom (USCRIF) has recently published its annual report condemning India's BJP government for its ill-treatment of minorities. In the aftermath of India's citizenship amendment act and the national citizenship register, the report says it has increasingly persecuted its minorities, especially the Muslims. Moreover, the report also criticised India's action of revocation of India-occupied Jammu and Kashmir's autonomous status which has further aggravated the sufferings of Muslims there.
