US steel production falls by 2pc in October.

Steel production in the United States fell by 2 percent in October, according to the World Steel Association. The Brussels, Belgium-based industry group, which tracks steelmaking in 64 countries around the globe, reported that steel production internationally fell 2.8 percent to 151.5 million tons in October.
