Umar Gul upbeat about Pakistan's bowling despite loss to Afghanistan.

Pakistan Cricket Team's bowling coach Umar Gul has praised his young seam attack despite his side losing to Afghanistan for the first time ever in the opening T20 match of the series at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

'There was a positive for us today'.

'Our bowlers did really well while defending a low total. I am satisfied with our bowlers' performance. They bowled on good line and lengths as per the plan given to them,' Gul opined after the match.

Umar Gul's words hold merit as the bowlers cannot be faulted for Pakistan's loss.

They were given little room to work with as the Green Shirts' batting collapsed to put just 92 runs on the board.
