Two robber gangs arrested.

NAROWAL -- The Narowal city police arrested two gangs involved in robberies on Monday and seized a car, seven motorcycles and illegal weapons from them.

District Police Officer Hafiz Wahid Mahmood tasked City SHO Tauheedur Rehman with arresting the gunmen.

The SHO with his team arrested three members of the Shahbaz gang, along with its ringleader, and two-member Akbar Shah gang, involved in robberies.

DSP Headquarters Sabir Hussain told a press conference that the gunmen were being interrogated.

The police also recovered the stolen car of Dr Sarfraz, a dental surgeon of the Narowal District Headquarters Hospital, from the gang.

The police also arrested Imran Zaman, a wanted criminal, who had been at large for 12 years.

They also seized dozens of motorcycles running without registration plates in a general hold-up.
