Two drug smugglers get 25 years in prison.
KOHAT -- A court handed 25 years rigorous imprisonment each with huge fines to two drug smugglers, who were arrested with 60kg hashish in 2017 by the city police.
The trial judge, additional and sessions judge III, Syed Hamid Qasim heard the case by the prosecution and the defence and awarded the two men 25 years in prison and a fine of Rs200,000 each after they were proved guilty.
The police had arrested three drug smugglers but one of them, Ijaz Hussain, died when he was on bail.
