TURKMENISTAN WIDELY CELEBRATES THE 31ST ANNIVERSARY OF ITS INDEPENDENCE IN 2022.

Tremendous changes have taken place in the minds, the cultural and spiritual life of the Turkmen people over the past 31 years and completely new social relations have been formed_ State sovereignty has created favorable conditions to revive stretching back thousands of years a national spiritual and material culture, and humanitarian traditions of Turkmen people passed on from generation to generation.

Without social upheavals_ Turkmenistan established itself as a successful state with a democratic political and legal system, a dynamically developing economy, and a high level of well-being of the population. Throughout the years, domestic political stability and sustainable socio-economic growth have been ensured in the country.

The legal foundation for the successful development of the country is the Constitution of Turkmenistan_ The Basic Law laid the political and legal foundations of state sovereignty, based on the recognition of the highest value of a human being. his life, rights, and freedoms, consolidated the key principles and foundations of the society and the state, allowing the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives for the modernization of all aspects of the life of the society and the state.
