Thousands participated in JKSM march.

Islamabad -- Thousands of people hit the roads in solidarity with their brethren in Kashmir. A world record was set after thousands of people unfurled the largest flag of Kashmir.

Jammu Kashmir solidarity movement, Kashmir Youth Alliance and Muslim Conference organized a historical and peculiar march for Kashmir in which people from all cities of Pakistan took part. The slogans 'Kashmir will become a part of Pakistan' reverberated the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad.

The march included women, traders, students, scholars, lawyers and people from various communities. The gathering sent a message to the world that the people of Pakistan stand strongly by the Kashmiris.

The march was led by the chairperson of Jammu Kashmir solidarity movement, daughter of Gen. Hamid Gul, Ms. Uzma Gul and president of Kashmir Youth Alliance, Dr. Mujahid Gilani.

Five stages were erected from D-Chowk till traffic signal at F-8. The stage at D-Chowk was exclusive for women folk. The second stage, at Blue Area, was attended by traders, laborers, businessmen. Third stage belonged to students. Fourth stage was built around Centaurus Mall, led by Hurriyat and Kashmiri leadership. Fifth stage was under the banner of Civil Society, Youth organizations, and representative of minorities.
