During history, terrorism has been influenced by different forms and purposes around the world acquired a significant place in the security perceptions of social structures, large and small. In this context, various techniques of combating against terrorism have emerged on the Eurasian Continental scale in both the west and the east. However, when we look at today's world, it is realized that terrorism has changed to many shapes and dimensions from the past to the present. Especially after the world wars (1990), due to the problem related to ideological dimension, national, state and ethnic nationalism transformed into different dimensions.

Therefore, it is essential to define the fundamentals of terrorism, which is effective in a modern and global scale to develop methods of combat.
