The Diplomatic Insight Group has organized 3rd Global Ambassadors Award Ceremony to acknowledge the services of Ambassadors based in Islamabad for the promotion of people to people contacts, stability, business and trade and constructive bilateral relations with their respective states. Apart from Ambassadors, Heads of different business entities were also given awards for their contribution to trade with friendly states.

These Awards are given annually On Behalf of People of Pakistan to acknowledge the services of outstanding Foreign Ambassadors, Diplomats served in Pakistan for more than two years and Pakistani businessmen for their contribution in furthering Pakistan's relations with the international community. The awards are meant to encourage the momentous and tireless work of nominees for promoting the political, economic, cultural, education, people to people contacts and development works.

The awards recognize nominees for outstanding achievements in furthering the softer image of Pakistan and vice versa. The winners of this exclusive award have been selected by a committee of distinguished experts from variant backgrounds. Honourable Ms. Andleeb Abbas, Parliamentary Secretary of Foreign Affairs at Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan, graced the occasion as Chief Guest presented awards to Ambassadors from different countries at the ceremony.

Ms. Farhat Asif, the founder of The Diplomatic Insight Group, made welcome remarks while memorizing her journey as founder of The Diplomatic Insight Group spanning over a decade and efforts go on in close coordination with foreign diplomatic missions.
