Tenders for expansion of Quetta roads not cancelled: Alyani.

QUETTA -- Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani has informed the provincial assembly that reservations of the opposition members are genuine about development projects, but tenders for expansion of roads in Quetta have not been cancelled.

Responding to a calling attention notice of Malik Naseer Ahmed Shahwani, parliamentary leader of the Balochistan National Party-Mengal, the chief minister said his government wanted to build such good quality roads in the provincial capital which had not been constructed over the past 40 years.

He said expansion of Quetta roads was a huge project and his government was making all-out efforts to complete it.
