MITHI -- The students of Midwifery School Mithi staged a protest demonstration on Friday for issuance of their withheld stipends. The health department of Sindh government had established Midwifery School I Mithi for imparting training to the girls of desert district Tharparkar and several girls were enrolled from different villages. Under the midwifery training program, the girls were to be paid monthly stipend but no single penny has been paid to them yet.
