SSUET organized inter-collegiate Tug of War Tournament.

KARACHI -- Glowing tribute was paid to the Shaheed Major Adeel Shahid at the closing ceremony of the inter-collegiate Tug of War Tournament, held by the Sports Department of Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology at the campus.Major Adeel Shahidgot shahadat at Pak-Afghan border. Syed Shahid Hussain Zaidi, father of Shaheed Major Adeel Shahid, was the Chief Guest of the closing ceremony of Inter Collegiate Tug of War tournament in which around 24 colleges and 250 students took part. Girls' team of Block 'M' College (North Nazimabad) and boys' team of Gulistan e Johar College won the title for Tug of War Tournament. Addressing the ceremony, Syed Shahid Hussain said, 'If I had 100 kids, I would have sacrificed all of them for the country. My moral is high for nation. My son, Shaheed Major Adeel always wished to get shahadat, and Allah granted his wish. Respect army and support army.'
