Special children needed opportunities to show their talents: CM Aide.
KARACHI -- Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qassim Naveed Qamar has said that it is a fact that special children are second to none in talents. If they are properly guided , taught and trained, they can perform well, they just need friendly environment to show their talents. This he said while visiting DEWA Awareness Carnival and Art Exhibition, held at DEWA Complex.
