ISLAMABAD -- Gen Rudzani Maphwanya, Chief of South African National Defence Force, who is on an official visit to Pakistan, called on General Nadeem Raza, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, at the Joint Staff Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
