Snakes in DHA.

I AM a resident of 13th Street, Khayaban-i-Farooq, in Defence Housing Authority's Phase 7 extension. In August the street lights of the whole area went off owing to some fault.

I lodged a complaint on Aug 19 with the DHA and they issued the complaint reference number ECMS-498. Since then it has shown zero interest in resolving the issue, despite several follow ups.

The residents of this supposedly -upscale - locality pay high taxes to the authority and in return receive pathetic utility services.
