Small industrialists face difficulty due to gas and electricity rate hike, Yousuf Yaqoob Prince.

KARACHI -- Chairman of Pakistan Waving Mills Association (PWMA), Yousuf Yaqoob Prince greeted Prime Minister's Adviser for Trade and investment Abdul Razaq Dawood on the steps taken recently by the government in the mini budget. He said that for the first time a government maintained the problems of industry-makers, such as measures which will reduce the industrial costs, while further steps are to be taken to increase exports . On the other hand government has to further explanation on raising the newly announced prices of gas and electricity's range from 6.5 to 7.5 percent for cutters with five-zero rated textile because small wing industry are facing difficulties. In his statement issued last day, Yousuf Yaqoob Prince said , while considering the additional burden of GIDC, the government acknowledged it and excluding the textile sector from the Levi .

He also demanded the government to immediately clear the GIDC...
