Siraj warns govt to bring down inflation or get ready to be packed.

RAWALPINDI -- Jamaat-e-Islami has launched countrywide movement against skyrocketing inflation and unemployment by holding the first protest demonstration At Liaquat Bagh Chowk in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.

JI Ameer Senator Sirajul Haq led the protest rally and warned the government to bring down the inflation or get ready to be packed. He said that the countrywide protest will be held tomorrow (Friday).he said that in the Islamic State of Madian the rulers were worried about the dogs that no dog should die to hunger but this government is not worried about the humans.

'We want government to reduce the prices of basic commodities or get ready to go home,' said Sirajul Haq while addressing a charge crowed of large number of people from all walks of life. He added the protest demonstrations will be held in every city under the banner of the JI.

He said that it seemed the only objective of this government was to suck the blood of the poor masses. He said those who created the shortage of flour and increased the price of sugar were all sitting in power corridor. So, he questioned, how the prime minister could take action against his own colleagues. He lamented that people were not getting flour in a country which was the eighth largest producer of the crop in the world.
