Sir Syed University organizes Major Adeel Shahid Symposium and Drone Competition.

KARACHI -- In connection with the SSUET Silver Jubilee celebrations, Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) organized Major Adeel Shahid Shaheed symposium along with drone competition that was attended by a large number of faculty members and students. Chief Guest of the event was renowned industrialist and noted social leader Bashir Jan Muhammad. The Vice Chancellor SSUET, Prof Dr Vali Uddin inaugurated the symposium and competition. Speaking on the auspicious occasion, Chief Guest Bashir Jan Muhammad said that there is no short cut for success. You need to do hard work with complete honesty which ultimately pays. We observe that few academic institutions have bad names. Why? Think over the reasons behind this tarnish image. Not getting involved in point scoring; we should endeavor to establishing an education system based on high-quality education of modern technology. Expressing his views, Chancellor SSUET, Jawaid Anwar, said that this symposium and drone completion was held to pay tribute to the martyrs, especially Major Adeel Shahid Shaheed who sacrificed his life at Pak-Afghan border.

He would be alive in our hearts forever. We are secure in our houses because of Pak Army's vigilance and sacrifices. This is not the time to be involved in personal conflicts. He pointed out that under geographical perspective; we notice that our nation is being hauled towards a segregated wall. Danger is lurking around the border.
