KARACHI -- Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qassim Naveed Qamar has said that Sindh is the first province in Pakistan that has issued driving license to hearing impaired persons and has taken many initiatives to make the life of the special persons better. This he said while talking to a delegation of an NGO Potohar Mental Health Association, working in Punjab for rights of the differently abled people. On this occasion President PotoharZulqurnainAsghar, Project Director Farah Zulqurnain, Director DEPD Ghulam NabiNizamani, Deputy Secretary Shahzaib Shaikh, AbidLashari NDF and others were also present.
