Shops built without NOC sealed.

RAWALPINDI -- Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) on Friday sealed nine shops in Mohanpura as the outlets were established in residential areas without approval of the authority.

The drive started against unapproved shops on the directives of RDA Director General retired Capt Abdul Sattar Isani. The building control wing has started operations against illegal and unauthorised commercial-cum-residential construction activities including plazas, shops, schools and other encroachments within the authority's jurisdiction.
