Shehbaz demands action against people responsible for wheat, sugar crisis.

LAHORE/ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Shairf has demanded action against people responsible for wheat and sugar crisis in light of newly released report of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on the matter.

In a statement issued on social media on Sunday, Shehbaz Sharif said that FIA report is indictment against Prime Minister Imran Khan and CM Punjab Usman Buzdar.

Shehbaz Sharif said that he has flown to Pakistan to wage a war against coronavirus along with the people of Pakistan. Shehbaz Sharif said that he intends to rise above petty political differences and defeat the menace of coronavirus pandemic from the country.

Meanwhile PML-N Spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb in an interview with a private TV channel on Sunday said that there is no example in history that the prime minister and chief minister of the biggest province of the country are the thieves of the flour and sugar of the masses. She said that there is no example that the prime minister creates shortage while permitting exports, adding that when there was shortage and more demand in country the export was permitted and subsidy and got increased the prices and created shortage in country and after this the dollar price was increased.
