SHC seek reply from govt, OGRA on petition against hike in oil prices.

KARACHI -- Sindh High Court (SHC) here Tuesday sought reply from the federation of Pakistan, ministry of petroleum and OGRA on a petition against rise in prices of oil by April 15. The constitutional petition (107/ 2020) was filed by Pasban Democratic Party (PDP). A bench of SHC comprising Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Yousuf Ali Saeed heard the petition, issued notices to the Federation, ministry of petroleum and OGRA to file their comments and submit the mechanism of raising fuel prices.
