Sharjeel granted bail.

Karachi -- The Sindh High Court on Tuesday granted bail to Pakistan People's Party's senior leader and for-mer provincial information minister Sharjeel Memon in a corruption case of Rs5.75 billion pertaining to the award of advertisements at 'exorbitant rates' through the abuse of power.

The court has directed him to submit surety bond of Rs5 million. The court had reserved its verdict in the previous hearing in a bail plea filed by Memon.
