Seven 'militants' killed in North Waziristan.

NORTH WAZIRISTAN -- Security forces have killed seven terrorists during an encounter with militants in North Waziristan tribal district on Sunday, the military's media wing said.

The Inter-Services Public Relations said that the exchange of fire took place between the security forces and terrorists in the Ghulam Khan Kalle area of North Waziristan district. Troops effectively engaged the terrorists and resultantly seven of them were killed, according to the ISPR statement.

Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the terrorists, who remained actively involved in several activities against security forces, the statement added.
