Mushtaque Ahmed Kalwar, the District and Sessions Judged Shikarpur, paid a surprise visit to District Jail shikarpur and expressed his disappointment for providing substandard medicines, and on reaching late of the doctor at Jail and lack of cleanliness and such sort of report has been sent to the honorable Sindh High Court, here on Friday.
