Senior Inter-city Cricket Tournament to start in phases.

LAHORE -- In yet another change, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Saturday decided to start the Senior Inter-city Cricket Tournament in phases in all the six Provincial Cricket Associations (PCAs), with the first leg starting in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday.

The matches in Balochistan will start on Monday while the games in Sindh will begin on Tuesday.

While the matches in three remaining PCAs -- Central, Southern and Northern -- were postponed for seven days due to pre-monsoon season.

First, the PCB had a plan to start the matches simultaneously from June 19 in all the six associations. But on Friday, the Board in a brief press release announced that the tournament had been deferred for seven days due to pre-monsoon season.
