Selected leadership in FPCCI unacceptable.

ISLAMABAD -- The business community will never accept selected leadership in the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), a business leader said Friday.

Selected leaders have failed to serve the interests of the business community as they only care for the interests of their masters which has damaged the reputation of FPCCI, said Mirza Abdul Rehman, a central leader of United Business Group (UBG) and former VP FPCCI.

He said that a mafia controlling the Apex chamber has started conspiracies to hijack the upcoming elections which will never be allowed.

The Secretary-General of FPCCI has rejected all the objections raised by Businessmen Panel without hearing which is illegal and would be contested, he added.

Mirza Abdul Rehman said that the person calling the shots in FPCCI is abroad due to health reasons but he is still manipulating everything. The UBG has transformed FPCCI into a business institution...
