Ibad Seeks Eu's Support in Police Training

Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan on Thursday sought the European Union's support in police training on modern technology and equipment meant to ensure security besides maximum investments and technical support in various potential economic sectors in Sindh especially mining and value addition in agriculture and livestock.

He appreciated the EU for granting GSP plus to Pakistan and it would considerably increase our exports.

The Governor was speaking in a meeting with the Ambassadors of European Union who called on him here at the Governor House. The EU delegation included Lars Gunnar Wigemark , who led the delegation, Ambassador of Belgium Peter Claes, Ambassador of Czech Miroslav Krenek and his Honorary Consul General Muhammad Amin Ansari, Ambassador of Romania Emilian Lon, Ambassador of Spain, Javier Carbajosa Sanchez, Ambassador of Sweden Hjalmar Wide.
