Second PN ship carrying relief goods reaches Syria.

ISLAMABAD -- Another Pakistan Navy ship, PNS Moawin, which has been deployed on international humanitarian assistance and disaster relief mission, has reached the Syrian city of Lattakia.

According to a Pakistan Navy statement issued on Wednesday, the ship brought a second consignment of relief goods comprising warm clothes, blankets and ration for the people affected by a powerful earthquake in February that killed thousands and rendered millions homeless in Syria and Turkiye.

Upon arrival in the Syrian port city, the ship was received by the Lattakia governor, the ambassador of Pakistan to Syria, the commander of the Syrian Navy and other dignitaries.
