SC suspends PHC decision on reinstatement of KP teachers.

Supreme Court (SC) has suspended Peshawar High Court (PHC) decision on reinstatement of teachers from Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP).

The court while admitting for hearing the appeal pleas filed by KP government against the reinstatement of teachers from KP has issued notices to the respondents.

The hearing of the case has been adjourned after the winter vacations of court.

A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Gulzar Ahmad took up for hearing the appeal pleas filed by KP government against the PHC decision on reinstatement of teachers Wednesday.

During the hearing of the case Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan inquired from Advocate General (AG) KP 'tell us first what your case is.
