SC rejects plea for withdrawing stay order regarding restoration of Monal restaurant.

ISLAMABAD -- Supreme Court (SC) has rejected the plea for withdrawing stay order regarding restoration of Monal restaurant located on Margalla hills.

The case came up for hearing before a 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan and comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and justce Syed Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi Friday.

The counsel for Wildlife Board while requesting the court to withdraw the stay order regarding restoration of Monal restaurant took the plea all the sewerage of Monal restaurant is spreading in Islamabad. Monal restaurant administration should tell the sewerage goes where.
