SC rejects bail plea of Sarfraz Bugti in abduction case.

ISLAMABAD -- The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday rejected an appeal of interim bail of ex-home minister Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti in the abduction case of a nine-year-old girl.

A two-member bench of the apex court comprising Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel and Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin Ahmed heard the petition of Sarfaraz Bugti seeking interim bail.

During the course of proceedings, the counsel of Sarfaraz Bugti, Kamran Murtaza appealed the court for granting of interim bail to his client. On which, Justice Qazi Amin said that nobody has been arrested...
