SINCE the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, we as a nation have become more resilient and stubborn. This pandemic has not only jolted the government, but it has also exposed many weaknesses, be it health sector, economy or social matters.

The government's stance of easing the lockdown is backed by the apex court, indicating another wave of judicial activism. To some extent lockdown is a precautionary measure to stop the spread of the virus. But the federal government was not in favour of a lockdown because of the appalling economic conditions of the people.
