SC issues notices to stockholders in Musharraf Rasool case.

ISLAMABAD -- The Supreme Court (SC) has sought reply on removing name of former Pakistan International Airline (PIA) president Musharraf Rasool from Exist Control List (ECL) in the next hiring. On the apex court directions, the court management has issued separate notices to secretary Civil Aviation, FIA director general and NAB officials. A two-member bench, headed by Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, conducted the hearing. Justice Saeed, during the hearing, remarked what measures PIA has taken it should know well adding we are not here to brief it on. The top court judge remarked judges don't have authority to run the PIA affairs.
