ISLAMABAD -- Supreme Court (SC) has issued notices to Customs Authorities on bail plea of two Afghan nationals including Sami Ullah and Hidayat Ullah during the course of hearing of 19 lac riyals smuggling case. A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Umar Ata Bandial took up the case for hearing Thursday. Mudassar Khalid Abbasi counsel for the accused argued that these two suspects are driver and conductor. Their salary is 25000 and 35000 per month.
