SBTA launches awareness drive to promote blood donation.

KARACHI -- The Sindh Blood Transfusion Authority (SBTA) has launched massive public awareness campaign to promote voluntary blood donation in Sindh province. Director SBTA Dr Durenaz Jamal, said a massive public awareness campaign has been launched in different districts of Sindh province with objective to promote voluntary blood donation in the province. She informed that SBTA teams were conducting awareness programs in Sukkur, Larkana, Shikarpur and Jacobabad this week. She further informed that doctors, paramedical staff, nurses and general public would be sensitize during the drive to increase blood donation.
