Sarfaraz suggests fast-track inclusion of players suitable for World Cup.

KARACHI -- Former Pakistan captain, Sarfaraz Ahmed, has advised selectors to quickly include players who are suitable for the upcoming 2023 World Cup in India.

During a media talk in Karachi, he praised the Pakistan team's management for implementing a rotation policy during the recent series against New Zealand, which allowed every player to get a chance to play.

'It is a good thing that every player got the chance to play, as you could make use of rotation policy in this series [against New Zealand]. So it was a good decision by Pakistan team's management,' Sarfaraz said.

'The selectors must have 25 or 30 players in their mind, so they should try to include those players in the team as soon as possible, who they think would play the World Cup, as we are short on time,' he added.
