KARACHI -- Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Co-Chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday said that the rulers did not follow constitution, any principle and civilization but want to destroy everything. He said that if the current government will not act wisely and did nothing for people then worse situation could emerge. He said that the people sitting in federation have no political understanding and further deepen every crisis. He said that 18th Constitutional Amendment cemented the federation and National Finance Commission (NFC) Award further strengthened it. He has directed his party activists in Punjab to remain united as good time is coming soon.

Asif Zardari held telephonic conversation with PPP Central Punjab President Chaudhry Qamar Zaman Kaira and PPP Central Punjab Secretary General Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmed and discussed the prevailing political situation as well as party affairs with the party's Punjab leadership.

Asif Ali Zardari asked party workers to stay united as good time is coming soon. Asif Zardari maintained that he is not afraid of cases as he had faced them in the past and will do in the future.

Slamming the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led government, he said the ruling party has been weakening the provinces instead of strengthening them. People sitting in the federation muddy every crisis in lieu of solving it, he added.
