Rs5 billion BZU budget approved.

MULTAN -- The Finance and Planning Committee of the Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) on Wednesday approved a Rs5.67 billion budget for the fiscal year 22-2 with an estimated deficit of Rs483 million.

The total expected income is estimated at Rs5.9 billion, of which Rs.63 billion will be given by the Higher Education Commission.

Up to Rs3.65 billion will be spent on salaries, Rs million research, Rs6.8 million sports, Rs4 million repair of buildings, Rs99 million transport and Rs45.5 million on electricity, gas and telephone expenses.
