Rs4bn uplift projects approved for Attock.

TAXILA -- Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has approved Rs4 billion for executing different development projects in Attock district during the current fiscal year.

Punjab Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman Syed Yawar Abbas Bokhari said this while talking to mediapersons at his residence in Attock on Friday.

Giving details of the projects, he said a mother and child health care hospital would be built in Attock and trauma centre in Gondal, which would ensure better health facilities to the residents of Attock and nearby areas.

He said that the government was also appointing doctors and paramedics to address the issue of staff shortage in various health units of the district.
